You are mainly responsible for preparing, booking, entering and processing purchase invoices and memorial.


  • Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing;
  • Reasonable command of the English language in word and writing;
  • You stand out in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
  • Education: Havo (profile E & M - completed) or MBO level (business administration);
  • You are proactive in presenting ideas for our work processes;
  • You speak to the internal customer or supplier politely and show understanding for the situation.

  • Preparing, booking, entering and processing purchase invoices and memorial;
  • Preparing payment orders;
  • Monitor the progress of the payment process;
  • Prepare payment statements;
  • Identifying impending payment terms;
  • Clearing creditor lists;
  • Answering questions in the field of creditors;
  • Taking care of digital archiving;
  • Performing activities in the context of the month-end closing;
  • Contribute to the optimization of work processes.
