How does your work look like?
The Payroll Professionals team of our practice is the connecting factor between consultancy and practical implementation.

Your core tasks will be:

  • Carrying and checking salary administrations for compliance with relevant legislation and regulations;
  • Identifying the risks and opportunities that will arise in payroll administration;
  • Analyzing key figures and reporting on this;
  • Active identification of developments in the sector, legislation and regulations and advice on this;
  • Identifying and advising process improvements in this respect;
  • Advising customers with regard to all salary administration related questions.
  • Project-based execution of assignments;

Who are you?
You are an ambitious Payroll Consultant and ready for the second step in your career. You want to obtain new knowledge, share your knowledge, build up your network or expand and get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You are ready for a new challenge, and enjoy being thrown in at the deep end. You use your substantive and practical knowledge of payroll administration to quickly identify opportunities and (process) risks. You are alert in signaling commercial opportunities and you know how to make timely arrangements with interested parties.

  • You have completed a course at Bachelor level, supplemented with one of the following studies: PDL, VPS or MBA;
  • You have at least 1 year to 5 years of working experience with the processing of payroll administrations (pré: in the public sector);
  • You have knowledge of Excel;
  • You have good communication skills;
  • You master the Dutch language in word and writing and you have good knowledge of the English language;
  • You are accurate and analytical;
  • You believe in acting internally and externally and take your own responsibility in this;
  • You are curious about the developments in your field and are driven to make the difference
  • with your team;
  • You can empathize with your colleagues and stakeholders and you have an eye for the added value from everyone;
  • You enjoy working in a team, where the different ideas and perspectives are included
  • You are innovative, entrepreneurial and are not afraid from challenging the status quo.
