ZIVVER is a scale-up and located in the heart of Amsterdam. ZIVVER is growing fast and consists of ninety people and the company has already more then 2000 customers.

De functie:
The Specialist ensures administrative perfection. Without employees getting paid and customers paying ZIVVER, there’s little business left to run. On a daily basis you focus on customers and partners (accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and finance related questions) and employees (pre-onboarding, salaries, pensions, permits).

You ensure no number is out of order and every number is correct. Although you focus on running administration as a well-oiled machine, you’re always eager to help others when questions do come up.

A day at HQ
Around 08:30 you enter the office, you fix yourself a caffeine boost and already the best part of the day is about to begin: doing your magic in Exact, your favourite piece of software (or is it Excel?). As it’s Tuesday, you do a routine invoice check. You notice something strange, so you call Maarten, Project Lead - Implementations, to discuss his customer and fix it. Now that’s out of the way, you’ll finish creating those new subscriptions for all the customers that joined ZIVVER this week.

After enjoying a free ‘Dutch’ lunch at our Hummingbar and kicking Nol’s ass at a game of table tennis, it’s time for your afternoon focus: expenses. You make sure all declarations are processed on time. Some colleagues haven’t used the right VAT percentages. You will correct it this time and make a note to update the expense process on the Hummingsite to prevent these mistakes from happening in the future.

You can’t believe it: we are about to hit 90 ZIVVYs, as 3 people are starting next week! Feels like only two seconds ago that you started here. You will make sure their first day is as smooth as possible by getting all the administrative to do’s out of the way. You request their Certificate of Conduct, make sure they complete their Tax forms and remind them to sign our Data Security Policy.

Last 30 minutes of the day you’ve reserved for creating manual payments to our suppliers. After your final check, you close your laptop and head over to the Hummingbar. This was a good day. And good days deserve a celebratory drink so you round up some ZIVVYs and let’s go!

Responsibilities with regards to Customer & Partners:
• Accounts Payable (input invoices, ensure payment);
• Accounts Receivable (billing customers and chase payment);
• Internal expenses (leave no poor ZIVVY behind);
• Bankbook (leave no invoice behind);
• Questions (customer and employee questions / finance inbox / finance phone).

Responsibilities with regards to employees:
• Contract, Salary, Pensions (create and update);
• Conduct of Good Behaviour, Residence Permits & 30% rulings (request & extend);
• Lease cars (manage car park).

Skills / Degrees
• 3+ years experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
• 1+ years experience with Exact
• 1+ years experience with employee administration
• 1+ years of experience with Excel

Attitude / Personality
• You enjoy creating perfection within chaos;
• You’re proud when excel sheets are in perfect condition;
• Straightforward, direct, but respectful with a big smile;
• You don't run off a cliff when your hair's on fire: think, count to ten, then act.
